How is pricing calculated?
Flat-rate by home size for standard cleans, or hourly for custom scopes. Transparent quotes with no hidden fees.
Do you clean with green products?
Yes, on request. We carry eco-friendly and low-VOC products safe for pets and children.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Free changes up to 24 hours prior. Late cancellations may incur a fee to compensate reserved time.
Do I need to be home?
No. You can provide access instructions. Please secure pets and valuables as needed.
How long does a clean take?
Most standard cleans take 2–4 hours depending on size, condition, and add-ons.
Are tips expected?
Tips are never required but always appreciated. 100% of tips go to your cleaners.
